Citrix SDK: Where to start? [closed]

I'm needing to start hacking around the Citrix SDK and am trying to figure out where to start. I'm wanting to basically find a way to pass data from the client to the server and figure out how to open an application on the citrix client.

I see there is a XenApp SDK, and Virtual Channel SDK but really don't know which one I need to start with. I have a Citrix development virtual server set up, but am unsure how to get started.

Does someone know of a good site/tutorial on how to get started with the various Citrix API's quickly?
